By modern moms, for modern moms
It all started when mompreneurs Alissa Wapinski and Andrea Schneider made it their mission to infuse classic layette with contemporary charm.
Little sizes, big personality
Unicorns, llamas, sloths—oh my! At Baby Noomie, you won’t find a dull moment—or design. Available in sizes newborn to 8 years, siblings can coordinate with Instagram-worthy style statements of vibrant colors, witty phrases and freehand graphics—none of which compromise quality.
The secret ingredient
Inspired by the founders’ South American roots, Baby Noomie exclusively sources the finest grade of cotton in the world. Grown in Peruvian valleys without the use of synthetic fertilizers, Pima cotton is allergen-free and exceptionally soft with 50 percent more durability than other cottons. Perfect for fussy little ones with sensitive skin, it also has a natural elasticity that ensures non-restrictive comfort. And did you know that Pima only gets softer with each wash? It’s true! The coziness only gets cozier—now that’s a good buy!
Made with love
From easy-on silhouettes to multi-functional accessories, no product enters production without being tested first by real moms. The practicality of every collection comes from the maternal experiences of its founders, who hope to inspire fellow mamas to take the plunge as momprenuers. Never stop dreaming because it is possible. What’s more, it’s fun!
Meet the founders
Andrea Schneider
A Peruvian native (sharing roots with the brand’s beloved cotton), Andrea studied finance and marketing at the University of Pennsylvania before adding on an Associate’s degree in graphic design from the University of Miami. Now the co-founder and head designer of Baby Noomie, Andrea creates prints inspired by her two daughters’ imaginations (i.e. rainbows, unicorns, sloths, donuts, you name it!). In her (limited) free time, Andrea enjoys tennis, indoor cycling and going out with friends—particularly if that means trying a new restaurant in her hometown Lima, Peru.
Alissa Wapinski
Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Alissa came stateside to study communications at the University of Miami before forging a path in foreign affairs and event planning. Discovering her knack for detail and relationship building, Alissa turned to entrepreneurship nearly five years ago—and the rest is history. When she’s not meticulously tending to Baby Noomie business, Alissa is a loving mother of two who adores travel, long chats (especially over wine) and teaching Pilates classes as a certified instructor.
