Easy, delicious, & healthy milkshake
The easiest milkshake recipe that everyone will love! We have kept it simple, but you can spice it up however you like! Maybe add some chocolate, peanut butter, or sprinkles. ENJOY!
– 1 frozen banana cut into pieces
– 10 strawberries
– 1 cup milk (any kind)
1. Place the banana pieces in a plastic bag and freeze for at least an hour.
2. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until strawberries are broken and the milkshake is frothy and thick.
3. Enjoy your healthy strawberry milkshake!
